International energy trading
Our management team has more than 30 years of experience trading crude oil, gas and refined products across Asia, North America, Europe and Africa, including Nigeria’s domestic market.
We publish these documents to explain our business, technical options and plans. Specifications remain subject to final design and supplier confirmation. Financial projections are estimates; our proposed projects depend on funding and approvals.

We bring energy trading, finance and engineering experience to our CNG programme in Nigeria. Our priority is a practical network built around reliable supply, suitable sites and customers who need it.
We plan to develop 150 CNG stations across Nigeria during 2027–2031. Our cost estimates assume 105 medium and 45 high-capacity stations; we will confirm each station’s size through site assessment.
We plan to add 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 stations in 2027–2031 respectively. Our first programme covers the first 50 stations. Our forecast runs to 2033, with no additional stations assumed in Years 6–7.
